I moved from Michigan where I had my real estate and appraisal license. My stepfather was my broker until he passed in 2020. He rented out several buildings he and my mom owned in MIchigan. Our family moved to Florida in May 2021. My daughters and I decided to get our real estate license in Florida. The girls have been taking courses in Michigan and Florida for a Health Administration degree. They are honor students. Kate and Erika are also great musicians and were paid to sing in restaurants in high school. They were in community service club after school volunteering to sing at Paint a bowl event a fundraiser to feed the hungry. They sang at a Martin Luther King walk and Suicide prevention event, asked by their teacher, to perform at. All to raise money for the less fortunate and those struggling. The girls are also working in real estate, and earning a four year degree in Health Administration. They sold many homes right out of the gate. We absolutely love helping our customers in real estate and work as a team. Many are now good friends. We have been told we go above what is expected to get listed homes sold and to find you the right home.
We believe well informed customers are the happiest. We have helped a disabled Veteran get out of living in a garage, and into a home, within a few weeks. We have provided all the trades necessary to get our elderly clients out of a home and to downsize into another. We have listed many homes and we have brought many happy buyers to a great home.
