A significant change is coming to residential appraisal reporting! Beginning November 2, 2026, UAD 3.6 will be mandatory for all new appraisal reports submitted to the Uniform Collateral Data Portal (UCDP), bringing a redesigned reporting structure and forms, including the redesigned Uniform Residential Appraisal Report (URAR). To help prepare Florida REALTORS®, we will offer a special 60-minute CORE education session via Zoom on Friday, October 16th from 10-11am. Instructor: Kim Bell
