Finding it difficult to bring sellers and buyers together to make sales more efficient and effective? Take this course and learn how to increase your competence and productivity in negotiating offers, by learning how to work efficiently with sellers and buyers, to achieve a satisfactory result for all. 

Objectives: After taking this class students will be able to:

 •Understanding the elements of a negotiation

 •Effectively presenting an offer on behalf of your customer 

•Personal management skills needed when working with buyers and sellers

 •Demonstrate the use of probing questions to identify true motives behind an offer 

•Bringing parties to agreement on an offer 

•Identifying major objections and how to overcome them

CANCELATION POLICY A 48-HOUR written notice is needed to receive a refund of monies paid. A $15 cancelation fee and no refund for no-shows and short notice cancelations will be assessed.

 ATTENDANCE POLICY •FREC requires a licensee to attend 90% of each of the classroom hours. Physical attendance is required for the duration of class. 

•Please allow adequate commute time. This policy is strictly enforced.

 •You are required to sign-in/sign-out to be recorded as having attended and to earn CE credit. 

•No exceptions will be made.
