Description
Want to learn how to increase listings? Take this course and learn skills involved in preparing for and delivering the listing presentation. This course will help you sharpen your preparation and presentation skills; you’ll find yourself securing more listings easier than you have before.
Objectives: After taking this class students will be able to:
•Identify the content and structure of a listing presentation
•Identify the seller’s needs, concerns, and motives for selling
•Develop the skills necessary to create a market analysis and establish a list price
•Discover why sellers may not want to list with a licensee and overcome those objections
•Answer the seller’s “Why” questions
•Develop good timing and excellent communication techniques to deliver the message
•Identify the five steps in the listing process

CANCELATION POLICY
A 48-HOUR written notice is needed to receive a refund of monies paid. A $15 cancelation fee and no refund for no-shows and short notice cancelations will be assessed.
ATTENDANCE POLICY
- FREC requires a licensee to attend 90% of each of the classroom hours. Physical attendance is required for the duration of class.
- Please allow adequate commute time. This policy is strictly enforced.
- You are required to sign-in/sign-out to be recorded as having attended and to earn CE credit.
- No exceptions will be made.
