The key to competitive home pricing is becoming proficient at comparative market analyses (CMAs). In the Pricing Strategies: Mastering the CMA course, you will learn how to evaluate the existing real estate market to take the guesswork out of pricing homes.

 As the core requirement for the Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification, this course will enable you to:

 • Determine the market-based value range of a home

 • Choose the most appropriate comparables for a property 

• Compile a CMA report for proper presentation

CANCELATION POLICY A 48-HOUR written notice is needed to receive a refund of monies paid. A $15 cancelation fee and no refund for no-shows and short notice cancelations will be assessed.

 ATTENDANCE POLICY •FREC requires a licensee to attend 90% of each of the classroom hours. Physical attendance is required for the duration of class. 

•Please allow adequate commute time. This policy is strictly enforced.

 •You are required to sign-in/sign-out to be recorded as having attended and to earn CE credit. 

•No exceptions will be made.

• This course is the main requirement for the Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification. Successful completion of this course also fulfills the elective-course requirement to earn the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation and the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation.
