Paper Shred & Food Drive Event

Description

Englewood Area Board of REALTORS® will host a post-tax-day drive-through Shred and Food Drive Event on Saturday, May 2nd from 8 AM - 11 AM in EABOR's office parking lot. In exchange for the shredding service, event volunteers will accept donations of non-perishable food items, baby supplies (including diapers) and cash. All donations collected will benefit the Englewood Food Pantry in Englewood. Shredding services are being provided by Stericycle and boast a state-of-the-art chain of custody for shreddables, ensuring that 100% of all paper is ground and disposed of securely. Participants may bring up to four banker-sized boxes of material to be processed. The event is being organized by Englewood Area Board of REALTORS® Community Outreach Committee, whose goal is to organize projects to benefit the local community. Representatives from Hughes Exterminators, Nothing Missed Inspections - local affiliates of the Board who are underwriting the event – will also be on hand to greet patrons and to hand out promotional swag.
