DESCRIPTION:In recognition and appreciation of their obligations to clients\, customers\, the public\, and each other\, REALTORS  continuously strive to become and remain informed on issues affecting real estate. They identify and take steps\, through enforcement of this Code of Ethics and by assisting appropriate regulatory bodies\, to eliminate practices which may damage the public or which might discredit or bring dishonor to the real estate profession. This Code of Ethics course will help you learn how to handle difficult situations with proper ethical behavior.This course fulfills the NAR mandated requirement (Current Cycle: January 1\, 2022 to December 31\, 2024) and the Code of Ethics requirement for 14-hour license renewal.Instructor: Sylvia Golden NorrisCANCELATION POLICY\nA 72-HOUR written notice is needed to receive a refund of monies paid. A $10 cancelation fee and no refund for no-shows and short notice cancelations will be assessed.ATTENDANCE POLICYFREC requires a licensee to attend 90% of each of the classroom hours. Physical attendance is required for the duration of class.Please allow adequate commute time.
