THIS IS A MANDATORY CLASS FOR NEW REALTOR MEMBERS

Understanding the Sales Contract is one of the most important aspects of your business. These sessions are designed to be a thorough review of the FR-BAR Sales Contract. If you think you know the contract, wait and see! We will not just be telling you what to fill in for each blank, but we will be explaining and reviewing the entire contract, section by section helping you to better understand it. What are the ramifications of each section, and how do they affect you, the Buyer and Seller. How do you explain to your customer what they are signing if you don’t fully understand it yourself?

Session 2: Balance of the Contract plus the most commonly used Rider/Addenda.
